Short Description

This autodialler can be linked to any Alert-iT sensor, such as a door sensor or fall badge.  Once an alert has been triggered, the autodialler will dial up to 8 telephone number in turn, delivering a voice message to alert a carer that a response is required.

If an alert is triggered the autodialler will emit a loud tune for 30 seconds in order for a false alarm to be cancelled.  If the alarm is not cancelled, the autodialler will then dial the first of up to 8 programmed telephone numbers in turn, delivering a voice message as to the situation, and it then waits a short while for the person who has answered to give a positive key-response (the system needs a positive key-press response to ensure it does not give up calling for assistance if the call is answered by an answerphone for example.  If no positive response is received it will dial the next number and so on.

Two levels of alarm are possible, one for user response and another to indicate that an equipment fault has occurred (e.g. low battery).  The autodialler can also contact cell phones, however, it must be noted that an alarm message cannot always be guaranteed with a cell phone depending on the reception.

Please note at least one sensor must be purchased in order for the autodialler to alert a carer to an event such as the door opening - see below for possible options.
