SAD Therapy Light

Suitable for the treatment of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) this Therapy Light uses a mini CCFT (cold cathode florescent tube) lamp that does not create "spotting" in the eyes and gives daylight simulation with a blue light spectrum.  

A Class Ila Medical Device, conforming to the essential requirements of the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, this small and portable lamp can be used anywhere with mains power.  The light can be wall mounted or comes with an adjustable angle stand and features a slider switch that adjusts the light power from low to full brightness.

Simulating natural daylight the light improves physical and mental wellbeing during dark, short winter days, it can also combat the effects of jet lag as well as help with the treatment of SAD.
